When you are reading a post in tibbr, you are
able to click on the Recommendations link to surface most relevant for you
related content including other posts in the network, people, subjects and
even files from SharePoint. All without manually creating relationships.

We are all so busy at work, it can be hard to keep up with everything going on in our enterprise's network. You may follow a lot of people and subjects, but feel submerged
in content and conversations every day. We created another app for tibbr
to help you out of this problem. Simply visit the Synxi app in tibbr 4.1
and you'll receive a stream of the most relevant recommendations that
Synxi has scoured and discovered just for you across your network since
you last logged in.
For example, an engineer at a company using tibbr who is viewing a post of a colleague about a new approach being applied in another part of the world.
The engineer receives recommendations of other posts, subjects, and even Microsoft® SharePoint® documents that are relevant to the context of the post he is reading, as well as being personalized based on the system’s learning of his particular interest areas over time. He also receives recommendations of colleagues who are inferred to have particular expertise in the subject area at hand. With this adaptive package of up-to-the-minute insights and expertise contacts, the engineer can quickly determine actions that take best advantage of the new information. This solution can be delivered to any tibbr client with tibbr version 3.6.1 or above installed, can be extended to integrate with Microsoft SharePoint® environments for clients using SharePoint 2010, and is available for both cloud-based or on premises implementations.
You'll need Tibbr version 3.6.1 or better. We can host the recommendations engine as SaaS in which case we'll look after everything and just give you a secure address to access. Or you can put Synxi on premises. For that, you will need some space on a database server. We'd prefer MS SQL 2008/2012 database and we'll need a place on an intranet web server to run our web service.
If you are running tibbr 4.0 and above, you can simply install our apps
from the tibbr marketplace. And yes, you can test it out first.
